services for Industrial RO Plants to ensure consistent water quality,

We undertake RO Plant O&M Contracts in Comprehensive Mode, where
we take complete responsibility for the smooth operation and maintenance
of the plant.

Scope of Comprehensive O&M Services

 Deployment of trained RO plant operator
 Supply of required consumables and treatment chemicals
 Routine plant operation and monitoring
 Preventive maintenance of pumps, membranes, filters, and dosing
systems

 Monitoring of water quality parameters such as TDS and recovery

RO Membrane Cleaning (CIP Services)

Under our RO Plant O&M services, SOMA UTILITIES also performs CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning of RO membranes whenever required. Over time, RO membranes may get fouled due to scaling, biological growth, or suspended solids, which reduces plant efficiency and permeate flow. Our team carries out proper chemical cleaning of RO membranes to restore performance, improve recovery, and extend membrane life. Regular CIP cleaning helps maintain stable plant performance and consistent treated water quality.

 

RO Membrane Cleaning & Replacement

As part of our RO Plant O&M services, SOMA UTILITIES also provides CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning of RO membranes whenever required. Over time, membranes may get fouled due to scaling, biological growth, or suspended solids, which can reduce plant efficiency and permeate flow. Our team performs proper chemical cleaning of membranes to restore performance and improve system recovery.
